Little Mommy!

Seahawks Fan!

I came downstairs the other day to find Elsie all decked out in Weston's Seahawks helmet. Weston thought he was pretty funny and I must admit she looked pretty cute! At least he didn't try to throw his football at her :)

The other photo is Grace "feeding" Elsie a bottle of water. Grace thought she was so big even though Elsie didn't even drink any of it!

Uncle Kyle

The kids got to spend some time with their Uncle Kyle while in Bend. Kyle will be heading to South Korea to fly Chinook helicopters with the Army pretty soon. He was nice enough to take some professional photos of the kids for us while we were in Bend. Grace is still wearing her "photo" outfit here.

More Party!

Grace and Weston had fun blowing bubbles at the party. About 20 minutes after this picture was taken it was thundering and raining.

Weston's Birthday

Here's a photo of Weston with his "John Deere" birthday cake that Memaw Mary made for him. He thought it was very cool. The top was strawberry (per Weston's request) and the bottom was chocolate-white swirl. Yum!

Here's a photo of Weston on his "big boy" bike! He learned to ride pretty quickly but was not too excited about his first fall. We made him get right back on but he's still pretty cautious. We'll be heading to Bend tomorrow to celebrate Weston's 4th birthday with a John Deere party put on by my parents. Mike's parents will also be joining us as well my mom's sister, Carol, and her husband, Reg.

You can also see that Grace is wearing a t-shirt that says, "future fox". That was a t-shirt that I wore when I was her age. I'm not sure wear my mom got it, but Grace loves it.

Duplex

Here's a photo that shows the front of our duplex. We sure have put in a lot of work on the place but are starting to really enjoy living here. Our side is on the left and Dave and Julie's side is on the right. We are really starting to reap the benefits of living so close to friends. Julie and I often will borrow things and baby sit for each other. Today I needed to go to the doctor last minute and Julie was kind enough to babysit for me spur of the moment. Since we are both "stay at home" moms it is nice to have another adult around during the day for some grown-up conversation. :)

This is a photo of Elsie and Lise, Guy and Becky deLijster's daughter. Elsie is only two weeks older than Lise which makes it fun for Becky and I to get together!
